My kids love pasta tossed in olive oil with just salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Recently, they have been loving frozen corn stir fried in butter. They eat shrimps most of the time and they love sprinkling cheese on top of food. So, I decided to mix all of their favorites!

 

Ingredients:

  • Angel hair pasta
  • Butter
  • Frozen corn
  • Frozen shrimp
  • Shredded parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Boil the pasta noodles in a large pot of water, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add frozen corn and shrimp. Cook until lightly crisped, then add the noodles.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. Stir to combine and cook until noodles are warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and let the cheese melt into the pasta, then pack in OmieBox thermos.
