Return Policy
If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused OmieLife products purchased from OmieLife.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
To receive your refund in a timely manner, you must email us at info@omielife.com with:
- The tracking number of your return package (and not your original package)
- Your original Omielife.com order number
- The quantity & description of items being returned

We do not accept the following returns:
- Used items
- Incomplete items (missing parts)
- Items without sales receipt from OmieLife.com
- Items received by you more than 30 days ago
- Items purchased at one of our retailers (domestic or international).
- Items purchased from Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to OmieLife. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Items that are damaged due to human misuse or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund.
