Leftover Tacos

Turn an easy taco night into leftovers for lunch with the recipe below!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅔ cup water
- Taco seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Tortillas
Directions:
- Make the taco seasoning in a small bowl and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat in a frying pan, then drain. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and add water.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until seasoning is incorporated.
- To pack leftover tacos in OmieBox: Add taco beef to the thermos so it stays hot. Pack with tortillas, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
