- White sugar
- Baking powder
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground nutmeg
- Pumpkin puree
- Vegetable oil
- Maple syrup
- Fried egg
- Follow this recipe to make the pumpkin pancake batter. Then, make the pancakes using a pumpkin pancake mold like this one.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices, then use a small knife to cut out eyes, round mouths, and triangles along the bottom.
- Roll up the fried egg and secure with a strip of bacon.
