Veggie Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 140 gm cooked noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed frozen veggies
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


Preparation:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan.
  2. Add frozen veggies and cook until tender.
  3. Add soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Add the noodles and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve immediately or pack in OmieBox thermos.
