This fun lunch includes rainbow sprinkle pancakes and sparkle syrup for a festive treat!

Ingredients:

• Eggs
• Milk 
• Bacon
• Funfetti pancake mix
• Sparkle maple syrup
• Vanilla Greek yogurt
• Snowflake sprinkles
• Mango
• Pomegranate seeds
• Watermelon

Directions:

1. Whisk together the eggs and milk and scramble in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bacon over medium high heat until crispy. Then add eggs and bacon to the thermos.
2. Make Funfetti pancake batter and use a snowman waffle maker or pancake maker to cook them. Pack with sparkle maple syrup.
3. Top vanilla Greek yogurt with snowflake sprinkles.
4. Include mango with pomegranate seeds and watermelon for sides.
