OmieBox Lite is leak-resistant when the lid seal is properly installed. It's designed for dry or slightly moist foods and can handle small amounts of liquid — up to 1 teaspoon (5 mL). Larger amounts may leak. Do not overfill compartments, as this may affect sealing.

The divider splits one compartment into two sections. While the compartment is leakproof as a whole, the two divided sections are not leakproof from each other.

No. Do not microwave any parts of this product, including the cooling pack.

Only the removable inner tray is dishwasher safe, and top rack only. We recommend hand washing all other parts — including the lid seal, Treasure Pocket™ lid, and strap — to preserve their fit and finish. Never put the cooling pack in the dishwasher.

Yes, the cooling pack is designed to go in the freezer. Place it in a flat orientation for at least 8 hours before use.

OmieBox Lite is designed for ages 3 and up.

• Always wash all parts with warm soapy water and let them dry completely before first use.
• Do not microwave any parts of this product, including the cooling pack.
• Do not place OmieBox Lite or any of its components near a heat source.
• Do not use hot liquids or very hot foods — OmieBox Lite is designed for small amounts of liquid (up to 1 tsp / 5 mL).
• Do not overfill compartments, as this may affect sealing.
• Do not fold or unfold the cooling pack when frozen, and do not puncture it. If it's punctured or leaking, discard it immediately.
• If the cooling pack's contents contact skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If ingested, contact poison control or seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not allow children to play with, bite, or chew on the strap or lid seal.
• Instruct children not to place the lid seal around their neck, as it may present an entanglement hazard if misused.
• The cooling pack is not a toy or teether — keep it out of your mouth.
• Don't leave a child unattended while using this product, and don't let children run while carrying it.
• Wash and inspect before use; discard and replace at the first sign of damage.
• Discard all packaging components before use.
• To prevent brightly colored foods from staining, wash as soon as possible after use.
• Don't store perishable foods for extended periods — always follow the food manufacturer's storage guidelines, and check food temperature before serving.

Make sure the inner tray is aligned and sits flush with the outer shell. Press down gently on the inner tray until it feels securely seated in place. Close the lid and press down on the top with your palm, then engage the latch.

Lift the inner tray out of the outer shell to access the cooling pack, then place it in the freezer in a flat orientation for at least 8 hours before use.

Wash all parts with warm soapy water and allow them to dry completely before first use. The removable inner tray is top-rack dishwasher safe; we recommend hand washing all other parts — including the lid seal, Treasure Pocket™ lid, and strap — to preserve their fit and fit.

The silicone lid seal should be removed and cleaned daily. Wash it in warm soapy water and let it dry completely. Without daily cleaning, silicone is prone to mold growth — if this happens, things happen, no biggie! Just throw away the affected seal and buy a replacement on our website.

Make sure the lid seal is installed evenly around the perimeter of the bottom tray with no ripples, and that compartments aren't overfilled. The divided sections created by the divider are not leakproof from each other, so wet or saucy foods should stay within a single, undivided compartment. 

he lid fits one way only. If it feels uneven, remove it and try again, making sure the band notch aligns with the pocket wall cut-out.

 Apply a small amount of cooking oil to a cloth and wipe gently to lift the residue.

OmieBox Lite dimensions are 9” x 6.5” x 2.25”. Look for a bag that has inner dimensions that are at least this size, but ideally with a +0.5” buffer.
