Ground Turkey with Peppers

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • Yellow, Green, Red Peppers 
  • Onion
  • 1 can whole black beans
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • Minced garlic


  1. Chop all peppers and onions to your liking. 
  2. Begin with browning ground turkey, season with pepper. 
  3. Once turkey is browned, add in minced garlic and all veggies. Mix.
  4. Drain and rinse one can of black beans and add to the pan. 
  5. Drain one can of yellow corn and add to the pan.
  6. Season with any taco seasoning to your liking. 
  7. Mix thoroughly. 
  8. Cover with lid and simmer on medium/low heat for about 15-20 minutes. 
  9. Serve with white rice and avocado. Enjoy!

*OMIE TIP: add avocado with lime to Omie dip containers with lid to keep from browning. Great lunch packing tip for leftovers the next day*
